Heavy-Duty PVC Floor Tape

Our Heavy-Duty PVC Floor Tape is built for industrial floors where standard marking tapes fail. At 1mm–1.3mm thick, it delivers a level of abrasion resistance, compression strength, and impact tolerance that thin 0.1–0.2mm tapes simply cannot match. Forklift traffic, pallet dragging, heavy footfall, and chemical spills are handled without tearing, curling, or wearing through.

The tape features a high-tensile PVC backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for strong bonding to concrete, epoxy coatings, ceramic tile, and sealed wood. Application is fast and tool-free: clean the surface, peel the release liner, press firmly, and the boundary is ready for immediate traffic. No curing, no waiting, no special equipment.

Available in 1mm and 1.3mm thicknesses, widths from 50mm to 150mm, and high-visibility colors for safety and organization applications. Suitable for warehouses, factories, workshops, loading docks, and any industrial environment requiring durable floor marking.

Thin Tape Fails. Thick Tape Lasts.

Most floor marking tapes are 0.1mm to 0.2mm thick. They peel at the edges, tear under forklift tires, and need replacing within weeks. Our Heavy-Duty PVC Floor Tape is 1mm to 1.3mm thick—five to ten times thicker than standard floor tapes. It doesn’t just mark the floor. It survives the floor.

Why Choose Our Heavy-Duty PVC Floor Tape?

  • Ultra-Thick 1mm–1.3mm Construction – The thickness is the difference. A 1mm+ PVC backing resists gouging, compression, and edge lifting under forklift traffic, pallet dragging, and heavy footfall. Thin tapes curl and fail in weeks. This tape stays flat and intact for months.

  • Forklift & Heavy Traffic Resistant – Designed for warehouse aisles, loading docks, and production floors where wheels roll and pallets drag. The tape absorbs impact and returns to shape without tearing or delaminating.

  • Strong Adhesion to Industrial Floors – The pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds firmly to concrete, epoxy coatings, ceramic tile, and sealed wood. No primer, no curing time, no special tools.

  • Waterproof, Oil-Resistant & Chemical-Resistant – Suitable for workshops, automotive bays, and food processing areas where spills and cleaning chemicals are routine.

  • High-Visibility Safety Colors – Available in high-contrast colors for aisle marking, hazard warnings, and 5S demarcation. The bold color stays visible even under industrial lighting.

  • Peel-and-Stick Installation – Clean the floor, peel the liner, press the tape down, and it’s ready for traffic immediately. No downtime, no adhesive curing, no equipment.

How to Use:

  1. Clean the floor surface. Remove dust, oil, and loose debris.

  2. Allow the floor to dry completely.

  3. Peel the release liner from the tape backing.

  4. Align the tape along the desired boundary.

  5. Press firmly from one end to the other, smoothing out air bubbles.
